11/04/2025 I contacted IPDA for some clarity seeing as I pay my debt review monthly into their account and they have to distribute my funds, the first two times I was patched through to Nadia/Natasha who kept dropping my call, finally another lady took my call and she was just as unhelpful (didn't get her name poor thing had flu). Basically the past two months my funds were not distributed accordingly, my debt counsellor's phones have been disconnected and I wanted to know why. The lady blatantly told me there is nothing they can do I will need to contact NCR for assistance. So I am asking why on earth do I have a debt counsellor and pay into IPDA's account but have to get assistance from the NCR? What is the purpose then?? Feels like I'm being ****** here. I don't want to get blacklisted after I worked my butt off to settle my accounts.
