Came into the dealership to do a upgrade on software on my Mahindra 3XO. Received excellent service from the Service agent Natasha. The reception lady Odette was so friendly and offered cuppochinos the whole time. Look forward to bringing in vehicle for a service

The customer service in this dealership is beyond horrible. I bought a second bakkie last year and it had no spare key. I was assisted by a gentleman called Marco. i was promised the spare key - even went to the extent of completing forms where the dealership was supposed to provides funds to pay a locksmith. however things have just proved so impossible - been sent from pillar to post, and some point even told told there has been a change on the manager and i had to start the conversation from scratch with the new manager. he also left before making the funds available. I escalated to the dealer principal who promised to come back to me within the same day but i am still waiting todate. i find this service to be extremely hiporrible, unprofessional and blatantly devoid of any respect for a customer who has spent hard earned cash in supporting the revenue of this dealership.
