The customer service in this dealership is beyond horrible. I bought a second bakkie last year and it had no spare key. I was assisted by a gentleman called Marco. i was promised the spare key - even went to the extent of completing forms where the dealership was supposed to provides funds to pay a locksmith. however things have just proved so impossible - been sent from pillar to post, and some point even told told there has been a change on the manager and i had to start the conversation from scratch with the new manager. he also left before making the funds available. I escalated to the dealer principal who promised to come back to me within the same day but i am still waiting todate. i find this service to be extremely hiporrible, unprofessional and blatantly devoid of any respect for a customer who has spent hard earned cash in supporting the revenue of this dealership.
