Horrible service
Never use this company, using their clauses to suite them, they do not care about their tenants. No maintenance was done for 5 years, now that we moved out they used every little deduction they could to not pay back deposit

Horrible service
Never use this company, using their clauses to suite them, they do not care about their tenants. No maintenance was done for 5 years, now that we moved out they used every little deduction they could to not pay back deposit

Never Use this agency no matter what, They don't maintain the place and they refuse to maintain it, they told me and my wife that the place was not like that when we moved in which is clear that they are in it to ***** your money. They do not know how to communicate, they say straight to your face if you do not like it here move so they can reap off the next person.#TheyAre****mers..

Never Use this agency no matter what, They don't maintain the place and they refuse to maintain it, they told me and my wife that the place was not like that when we moved in which is clear that they are in it to ***** your money. These are the worst agents to ever rent with, They are ****** and try by all means to reap you off, They refuse to maintain the place, and they say that it was not like that when you moved in to try and reap you off from your deposit, they are rude and tell you if you don't like staying here you can go. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE
This company is extremely unprofessional. They do not answer there phones and should you get hold of them they put down the phone while busy with an conversation. I will not recommend them at all, if you need peace STAY AWAY. They will not look after your pocket and best interest.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE,SCAMMERS
Absolutely trash 🚮i jumped allthe hoops, i stayed in one of their bachelor flats in Pretoria North Flourona area. They decided to keep my deposit and charge agents fees and other nonses claims. Meanwhile i paid my rent in time and put in a 60 day notice as per lease agreement. Out of the R3250. They decided i should get R900. ****** Scamers. Stay away from these people.

UNETHICAL IN ALL ASPECTS
This property agency is unethical from the get go. We filled an application for a property and received a mail asking for personal documents. After everything was mailed to them, I received a mail back the next day telling me that my application was unsuccessful. I know my credit record is clean and that I earn more than enough money to afford the property. I phoned Tino, the person I was dealing with. I politely asked him why my application was declined, were his answer was that he does not have to tell me anything. He then said to me, {are you also gonna scream at me like W.....m}. I was flabbergasted as that person is my ex husband of 4 years ago. How dare he compare me to someone else? I am not that person and I don't make a ass of my self screaming and swearing at people. When I told him that what he just said was inappropriate and not professional at all. I asked him again why I was declined, was there anything wrong with my credit that I'm not aware of, and he said to me again that he does not have to tell me anything. I said to him that I just want to know so that I can follow up. Eventually he said to me that there was an application before mine that was accepted. So why would he let me jump through all those hoops if there was already a successful applicant? Documents like bank statements, pay slips and proof of accounts is a very personal thing for me, and they made me send all of it to them. After speaking to Tino I phoned the Principal Elsie and told her the whole story. She told me that TIno is highly qualified as a letting agent. I asked her that if he was so highly qualified why did he compare me to someone else. She told me that all calls are recorded and that she can go and listen to the call. I asked her to please do so and please phone me back with an explanation from her staff. She told me she will phone me back in a hour. Well almost a week later and still no word from her. She was lying about the recording, thinking it will scare me, but I had nothing to hide. I never once, raised my voice, swear at him, or was nasty in any way. I made the call in my workplace with clients and staff around me, and after the call to Tino I asked them if I was rude, and they all said they would not handle it so good and calmly as I did. They even said they will vouch for me. I would strongly recommend you look at the fees they charge for the lease contract. Deposit, Itc check R165 per person that will live in the house, key deposit, contract fee etc. I have never seen those charges on previous rental contracts. This company is definitely not ethical in their operations.
