Check your policy before signing up.
I cannot believe this company,had I not been alerted of their sick ways through my bank I would have been stuck had I had ro claim. Please check your policy before you sign up. I've thought all along I am covered with a comprehensive cover but I wasn't. Please stay away, I am shopping around as it is, they have just told me I have to pay 20k access to be able to claim but my policy says 3k on the app. Shame on you!

People of South Africa please DO NOT use this company's services Including IDM/Debt busters!!!
Cancellation date according to the clearence certificate is 2023/07/31. For some reason nonsense is still appearing on my credit score, i have been ending emails and i have been ignored. i have called a thousand times but i have not been assisted. please people of South Africa do not use IDM holdings or Debt busters in collaboration with Centriq insurance you will regret it. trust me i am still stuck with this mess!!

If you are looking for bad service,shop from Game akolonade
I am so angry and disappointed at the service I have received from game in Kolonade. I ordered a spundbar order no.1241622304 on the 24th it was out on delivery the very same day and up until now it has not been delivered.i have been calling the store and all I get is its on its way.i finally resorted to giving them a solution because they have failed dismally to deliver that I go and pick up my order,they are telling me it it out on delivery and not at the store. None of those agents ever bothered to call me back I have to initiate the calls.i have been waiting from the 24,I am still waiting.never shop from that shop.

A waste of time and money.
Incredible connection Kolonade,they are a very useless bunch.i have wasted my time and money going up and down to register for a simple credit application.believe me you they asked me to Give them payslips from July to September as well as statements.guesd what they are calling me today for me to provide th with my September pay slip and it is right Infront of them.ive been to the store 2 times already to do the samething. But I am glad they did this before I committed to anything because if this is what I will get I don't want it.it seems I've dogged the bullet.

Stay away from this bank
I have been banking with Nedbank for years. I am highly disappointed in their service. I have made full payment on a personal loan i had with themand they are refusing to clear the amount. They are very careless even with their responses. They started with 21 working days to 10 working days to no you need to pay more. I am sick and tired of their attitude towards me. Stay away from Nedbank. I will be moving to FNB rather.

Stay far away from this company.
I would like to give a warning to anyone even thinking of using this company. It is easy to get in but once you made all your payments in order and want it removed it is a nightmare. I have made all the payments and i am stuck with this company. They very carless. I would not recommend 3 months later i am sitting with a problem that is not my fault and i am not being assisted. Stay away and don't even think about it. My life is very affected by this and trust me it is not worth it.

I wouls never recommend people to use debtbusters!!
I have made payment to settle my account with Debtbusters on the 4th of May 2023.the irresponsible people from debtsettlements unit have not assisted me at all. I have paid a lot of money to get it cleared and the response i got from Imaan Hendricks is Sharmaine Chihuri is on leave. Sharmaine Chihuri last spoke to me on the 4 th of May. She has never contacted me after that. On her email it clearly stated that this will be sorted within 7 working days and it is now going for end of the month. It is so frustrating and stressful because even if you call the call centre Niki answered the phone and said she will call me back and never called. Now even Imaan Hendricks is ignoring me because i requested to speak to a manager.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE,SCAMMERS
Absolutely trash 🚮i jumped allthe hoops, i stayed in one of their bachelor flats in Pretoria North Flourona area. They decided to keep my deposit and charge agents fees and other nonses claims. Meanwhile i paid my rent in time and put in a 60 day notice as per lease agreement. Out of the R3250. They decided i should get R900. ****** Scamers. Stay away from these people.
