Serious intervention needed for this BAD service

cousin passed on 03 January 2023, he was working at I&J fishing company. The family has NOT received the Provident Fund, and it's so unfair, and unprofessional and they do not even bother to update the family. It's been almost 2 years now, but still nothing and no communication. South Africa please assist, that family is struggling. The HR department is completely silent about the matter.
