Good I have a complaint about the constant driver behavior and incompetence whenever you get to Johannesburg Park Station. They always lie about a faulty bus, because thye do not want to take passengers to Midrand and Pretoria. This happened yesterday on the 12th of January 2025. The bus was New and very comfortable, it had no faults, but when we got to Johannesburg Park Station they said they can't go to Pretoria because the door can't close. The bus had no faults all the way from East London to Johannesburg. Please look into this matter urgently, because other passengers were also complaining this recurring and bad driver behavior because the drivers just want dump passengers to another bus and drop bus at the bus depot. Since Friday (16th November 2024), i have been struggling to play lotto on their Appl, when I tap on lotto, it says "this might take seconds", then the Lotto add-on will just disappear. This is very unacceptable and there's no explanation for this kind of bad service.
Yesterday (05 November 2024), R350 was withdrawn from my account while my bank card was with me. I went to Sancardia Capitec, and I do not received any helpful assistance, instead I'm the who is expected to go around even to SAPS. Where is the safety from Capitec when such things happen. I am not getting any help from their ***** department. They don't see the urgency of the matter at all. I'm trying Capitec on WhatsApp now, still no prompt response and help. My money is gone.
Never ever buy anything from Zando, after i placed my order, they kept on telling me that items are out of stock one by one, bare in mind that I've paid for custom fees for each item already, not even custom fees for the entire order. Guys I'm experiencing the service from rain. Their new router keeps on saying "no network", I've also been incorrectly billed. I've been requesting support, and nothing is happening.
