This company is lucky to get a star. They refuse to switch on my power even after i sent them a proof of payment that was made , and yes i didnt make it an immediate payment but they can see the payment was made , they will only switch on my power when they money shows in their account so they will let me spent the night in darkness than to help me . I also stay in a small 3 bed duplex and switch my geaser on for 2 hours a day and then off again , during the day there is no one in the house but they claim i am using over the R120 off power a day and that is completely impossible as for the last 5 years staying in this house i have never used more than R80 a day so how can i all off the sudden used R130 + a day , and not even talking about my water bill my water use is about R400 a month but then all the levis kick in and that is more than double my water use and my bill ends up being R1300 + a month and the funny thing is i dont even have a garden to water , this company is the worst ever and cant wait to move out off huurkor house thats using IS metering . Dont ever rent a house or anything if you see is metering is the water and electricy supplier
