This company is lucky to get a star. They refuse to switch on my power even after i sent them a proof of payment that was made , and yes i didnt make it an immediate payment but they can see the payment was made , they will only switch on my power when they money shows in their account so they will let me spent the night in darkness than to help me . I also stay in a small 3 bed duplex and switch my geaser on for 2 hours a day and then off again , during the day there is no one in the house but they claim i am using over the R120 off power a day and that is completely impossible as for the last 5 years staying in this house i have never used more than R80 a day so how can i all off the sudden used R130 + a day , and not even talking about my water bill my water use is about R400 a month but then all the levis kick in and that is more than double my water use and my bill ends up being R1300 + a month and the funny thing is i dont even have a garden to water , this company is the worst ever and cant wait to move out off huurkor house thats using IS metering . Dont ever rent a house or anything if you see is metering is the water and electricy supplier
This is the worst service provider ever on the face of this earth , I got internet from them beginning of november last year, i had been struggling with them the hole oktober since their installer installed my router to get my line activated , on the last day of october 2023 at 17:00 my line was finally activated , came end of november 2023 i got and invoice for a double month charge, the more i tried to get this sorted out the less meteofibre worried about it , i tried 20+ times to get this matter sorted but no response from metro fibre. now my internet has been switched off because i refused to pay for october as i had no service from them in october, people please stay away from this company as even their ceo does not respond to customers complaints this is the worst service ever
We have asked metro fibre numerous times questions about our account so we can sort out our account with them but they simply ignore our emails and never get back to us, they charge us fees never heard of and balance brought forward that we asked them to sent us statements and invoices to explain to us where all the charges come from but they never replay, the worst services i ever got from any internet supplier i ever had , i also have a 250 line but it is so slow i will swear it is a 25 line, if you ask them to sort your line speed they also never reply .
Just like my previous fibre supplier Metrofibre is just as bad . Since i placed my order it was 1 day and my Hardware was installed , great service there . Then after that the wheels came flying off, its been more than 36 hours and my internet is still not working, i sent them message but with no reply , and if they do reply they say they will follow up and get back to me which also never happens, what is this world coming to that a customer is being treated this way as if they dont care about their clients anymore
I have been a customer of vox for over a year never missed payments never complained about anything. Now that i found a beter deal with another service provider that refuse to help me to have my line released early, i sent them 50 mails never to get a response from them , called them with no luck sent messages on their portal no luck ever chat to them on whatsapp guest what no luck. Worst service i ever got from any company they are quick to take your money and their ceo doesnt even reply to mails and message sent to him goes to ahow
