Terrible quality - damaged my bumper - and no after service

Andre from IScratch came to repair my bumper, unfortunately he made it far worse and I have to get it completely re sprayed now. The paint he put on was totally mat, and I have a metallic silver paint with the clear gloss coat ontop, also the chip wasn't even sanded slightly it looked like he took an earbud and dapped the paint over it, lastly the corner where he sprayed was mounted because too much paint was applied, I couldn't believe the poor workmanship. After I complained he said he would come back but a never did and he stopped replying to my messages. He claims the work looked like that because I must have touched it before it dried or dust blew on it (well I cant make paint go mat and bubble by touching it even if I did and its certainly not dust - this was confirmed also by two other professional places I showed it too), he also says there was no plug point and that's why it was not a proper job, however on the day he advised he will polish by hand and that's what the plug point was for, so I took his lead and let him do that as I was tasking his advice. Afterwards he claims the plug point was also for another machine (story is changing now) and that's why it looks mat and bubbly, again refuted by every other professional. The bumper looks terrible now and after more than a week Andre refuses to come back to repair it or return my messages and requests for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it will cost you more in the end.
