BEWARE: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!
Worst business experience of my life. Andre Strydom from iScratch Auto ruined my car. What started out as a small scratch, was left by him as a much bigger job to try to fix- running paint, holes in the paintwork- even on the body of the car (the bumper was scratched). He left the job half finished and promised to return in the next week to complete it (after I paid him in full- my fault completely, I know). Never returned after two weeks of very strange, long text messages with excuses, patronising me and gaslighting me throughout. Very strange. He is very obviously not competent or trained to do this type of work. Not as easy as it may seem. I posted warnings on Facebook community groups in the Western Cape and will continue to do so for a while. Please don’t do business here.

Bad service!!
Worst experience ever, damaged my new Mercedes GLE backdoor panel, damaged the door knob with pliers. Very unorganized did my job terrible it actually looked better with the scratches on. Colour of paint does not even match my car, a days job turned out to two days job, that was unfinished, messed my car up and just packed up and left my premises leaving my garage door open not even telling me his leaving, and since then never heard from the guy and does not even reply to my messages.The paintwork is not even smooth full of streaks. Will never use service ever again.

Full marks to the iScratch Auto Team!
They've repaired the front bumper/fender on my 2017 BMW 4 series within a days work, with perfect results. No sign of any previous damage and the colour matches 100% . I'm really amazed and would happily recommend them to anyone in need of fast, reliable and professional scratch and dent repairs. Great work Andre and the iScratch team!

Full marks to the iScratch Auto Team!
They've repaired the front bumper/fender on my 2017 BMW 4 series within a days work, with perfect results. No sign of any previous damage and the colour matches 100% . I'm really amazed and would happily recommend them to anyone in need of fast, reliable and professional scratch and dent repairs. Great work Andre and the iScratch team!

The most unpleasant experience ever with iScratch and owner Andre Stander who has absolutely no ethics, integrity or any idea on how to deliver on his commitment of 100% satisfaction guaranteed as he claims on his website. For more details and photos of the pathetic workmanship copy the link below into your web browser. https://goo.gl/maps/BGJkVKfbfRz He is pathetic in resolving his customer issues and is always threatening on WhatsApp or E-mail when you point out his bad quality of work. I regret that I allowed him to work on my car 7 times over a period from 11 September to 11 October 2018 and the car looks worse than when I handed it to him to do the repair work. Be careful and think really hard before allowing Andre Stander to work on your car!

Terrible quality - damaged my bumper - and no after service
Andre from IScratch came to repair my bumper, unfortunately he made it far worse and I have to get it completely re sprayed now. The paint he put on was totally mat, and I have a metallic silver paint with the clear gloss coat ontop, also the chip wasn't even sanded slightly it looked like he took an earbud and dapped the paint over it, lastly the corner where he sprayed was mounted because too much paint was applied, I couldn't believe the poor workmanship. After I complained he said he would come back but a never did and he stopped replying to my messages. He claims the work looked like that because I must have touched it before it dried or dust blew on it (well I cant make paint go mat and bubble by touching it even if I did and its certainly not dust - this was confirmed also by two other professional places I showed it too), he also says there was no plug point and that's why it was not a proper job, however on the day he advised he will polish by hand and that's what the plug point was for, so I took his lead and let him do that as I was tasking his advice. Afterwards he claims the plug point was also for another machine (story is changing now) and that's why it looks mat and bubbly, again refuted by every other professional. The bumper looks terrible now and after more than a week Andre refuses to come back to repair it or return my messages and requests for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it will cost you more in the end.
