Worst business experience of my life. Andre Strydom from iScratch Auto ruined my car. What started out as a small scratch, was left by him as a much bigger job to try to fix- running paint, holes in the paintwork- even on the body of the car (the bumper was scratched). He left the job half finished and promised to return in the next week to complete it (after I paid him in full- my fault completely, I know). Never returned after two weeks of very strange, long text messages with excuses, patronising me and gaslighting me throughout. Very strange. He is very obviously not competent or trained to do this type of work. Not as easy as it may seem. I posted warnings on Facebook community groups in the Western Cape and will continue to do so for a while. Please don’t do business here.
Lennard Kriel assisted me with finding a seat belt buckle for my car and also helped with couriering it to me in the Western Cape. It was fitted today and works perfectly. Thank you very much for absolute excellent service.
So I ordered some lights from Snatcher end of September. After many enquiries, they told me the product is not available. Offered me a store credit voucher. I said no thanks I want a refund. They took my bank account details. After enquiring a few times about the refund, they told me I can’t get one, because the voucher was used. They can clearly check on my account that I have not ordered anything and certainly hasn’t used it. Anybody else experienced this? I am suspecting they are stealing from more people. As you can see in the reviews here, they never reply to these complaints. Be very very careful. Criminals.
Dear Clarins. I love your products. But please use a different courier company. There are many companies who provide and excellent service. Just have a look at their reviews here - it says everything. They provide an unbelievably poor service! I was notified that my parcel will arrive before 17:00 today. Called the call center. My call was dropped 4 times. Not phoned back 4 times. It cost me R100 to find out where my parcel is since 16:50. At 17:50 I was told the driver will be with me shortly. It is now 19:05. No driver and no parcel. Sat at home the whole day waiting for it. No one will be home for the next two days. I AM BEYOND FURIOUS. BEST OF ALL - THEY JUST DON'T CARE

I just wanted to say that your latest adverti*****t with the baby shower is disgusting. The gogo gives her granddaughter a special hand made gift… and the spoiled little brat looks down on it as if it is not good enough… so ungrateful. Disgusting.
There is no contact number for service providers on the website. It took them 2 weeks to answer my very simple email. That is absolutely horrible service. Not sure how it can be possible for them to have a two week turnover for emails. As I read all the reviews posted by other people, this medical aid must surely be the worst one there is available. Stay away.
My wifi has not been working for 3 days. Router is on, there is enough data, rebooted devices... nothing... No help from the Cell C- of course. But I must keep on paying them.
I bought a 1GB data bundle on the Cell C website on 27 November around 9:00 and paid via Payfast. The amount of R95 was deducted from my bank account. The data was, however, never allocated to my nr (061 640 4642- my wifi modem sim card). I phoned customer care to inquire about this, and I was told that my query was escalated and I should receive feedback with 48 hours the reference number for this call was 0112701058. I have still not received feedback, nor was the data I purchased allocated. I emailed customer care again on 5 December. No response. Seems like people’s money are just taken and that’s the end of it.
Definitely a scam. I will report to Payfast as well. I have ordered this product somewhere else before. Always tested it. The test with this company came out negative. They told me I’m doing it wrong. Tried it anyway. No weight loss whatsoever. I’ve done this protocol before. Always had results. No word again from the company. They promise a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. I asked for a refund, but never heard from them again. Please beware. Huge scam.
