Terrible quality - damaged my bumper - and no after service
Andre from IScratch came to repair my bumper, unfortunately he made it far worse and I have to get it completely re sprayed now. The paint he put on was totally mat, and I have a metallic silver paint with the clear gloss coat ontop, also the chip wasn't even sanded slightly it looked like he took an earbud and dapped the paint over it, lastly the corner where he sprayed was mounted because too much paint was applied, I couldn't believe the poor workmanship. After I complained he said he would come back but a never did and he stopped replying to my messages. He claims the work looked like that because I must have touched it before it dried or dust blew on it (well I cant make paint go mat and bubble by touching it even if I did and its certainly not dust - this was confirmed also by two other professional places I showed it too), he also says there was no plug point and that's why it was not a proper job, however on the day he advised he will polish by hand and that's what the plug point was for, so I took his lead and let him do that as I was tasking his advice. Afterwards he claims the plug point was also for another machine (story is changing now) and that's why it looks mat and bubbly, again refuted by every other professional. The bumper looks terrible now and after more than a week Andre refuses to come back to repair it or return my messages and requests for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it will cost you more in the end.

Bad workmanship and service
<p>I ordered a simple coffee table, I gave pics and dimensions for my design. The quote was accepted and the completion date was set. On the actual completion/collection date I got a message that it wasn't done yet, it was postponed to Monday. I couldn't get away from work so I told him make it Saturday. Saturday comes and I want to collect and I get a message he forgot about it and now he is away. He promised to make it up he would deliver. Another week and a half went by of missed dates and empty promises. In the end I had to threaten him to get the table and he refused to deliver as he promised. Also he changed the price right at the end. Once I had it I saw that it was not near the dimensions I gave him, the wood was cut skew, the screws were not in line and some screws were missing, planks were put on skew and some planks were in very bad condition and cracked right through and the whole thing was not strong at all, overall very bad workmanship, My 6 year old son could see it was bad. I requested 3 times that Micheal come fix his mess and he ignored all of the requests. Don't use this guy/company you will be disappointed and waste your money. </p>

<p>Id like to say a big thank you to Renault Table View for the fantastic service I recieved when I recently purchased a car from them, and also afterwards with their follow up to make sure I was problem free.<br />I have experience dealing with different manufacturers and branches over the years. I am not easily pleased, to add to that I had a specific budget and I knew what I wanted, they did everything to make it work for me.<br />It was a pleasure dealing with Brandon Theron (Manager) and Marita De Langa (Sales Consultant) who both go the extra mile and more. But all the staff were sharp and friendly as well as Theo and Bernita. I will be a returning customer.</p> <p> </p>
