Wonderful quick service.
Bought an Optoma projector from Avico. The unit had a manufacturers fault. I contacted Avico and the unit was picked up the same day, replaced and delivered in a week even though I live in another province. Wonderful and swift service! Highly recommended.

Don't waste your time
After waiting nearly a month after contacting Allison, I still have no quote or even someone to come have a look and assess the window seals I want replaced. I have sent Allison numerous emails and gave up hope of a reply after a while. Not worth wasting your time

LG washer/dryers only works with Android
I bought the 8/5kg washer/dryer machine that was very promptly sold to me with the big promise that you can customise the washing cycles by downloading new ones from the internet and using your smartphone, upload it to the machine. You can also use the same phone app to diagnose any problems the machine has by the app listening to the machine, by holding your phone next to it. We downloaded the app in store and the diagnostics feature was shown to me in store. Impressive. Apart from the downloadable cycles that you can ONLY get on android operated phones and not on iPhones (on which the diagnostics feature was shown to me). Huge disappointment as that was one of the big features of the machine. Only after sending LG Whatsapp messages and then was told it is printed on page 34 of the manual, was I informed. Page 34! Ridiculous.
