The most unpleasant experience ever with iScratch and owner Andre Stander who has absolutely no ethics, integrity or any idea on how to deliver on his commitment of 100% satisfaction guaranteed as he claims on his website. I regret that I allowed him to work on my car 7 times over a period from 11 September to 11 October 2018 and the car looks worse than when I handed it to him to do the repair work. Be careful and think really hard before allowing Andre Stander to work on your car!
You must surely be the most incompetent courier operating and how you are still operating is beyond me. Two days ago I get a call to confirm delivery within 3 - 5 business days, and stipulate that I am only in my office from 09h00 until 13h00 which was noted. The next morning (3/5/18) I get an SMS confirming delivery between 09h00 and 17h00. Since I am only in the office, I was not going to argue and changed all my family plans to accommodate the delivery of the package which I needed. Waited until 17h30 and no delivery occurred. Tried phoning and then not only do you not get an answer whilst waiting on the line for over 20 mins but perhaps the message played needs a serious review and corrected! Gave up and went home. This morning (4/5/18) I get another SMS confirming delivery between 09h00 and 17h00..... Really, what happened to yesterday and how about giving me a courtesy call and explain your lack of customer service for which I have already paid for up front. I am not at your mercy, you are to provide me with a service as you agreed upon in your SMS and been paid for..... It is now 15h25 and still waiting at the office even though I work until 13h00 with bated breath. Tried phoning again to verify if delivery will take place..... placed on hold again for over 20 mins... Again I changed all my family plans to accommodate Digital Planet..... What a useless bunch you are!!!
<p>My wife and I purchased a coffee shop in Brackenfell and I approached Rentokil-Initial who then sent me Lee Ann Dollie to consult with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I signed an agreement in January 2016 and by May 2016 we had sold the business and informed Lee Ann accordingly.</p> <p> </p> <p>She came out to the coffee shop and cancelled my agreement and took the new owners signed agreement which came into effect from 1 June 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last two weeks I am being called by Jenny from accounts department stating that I am liable for the account as it is in arrears!</p> <p>I am being harassed for the new owner's account wich is in arrears???</p> <p> </p> <p>Please get your act together as even during the time of the agreement (Jan'16 - May'16) I was constantly phoned by Jenny stating that my account was in arrears which it never was and eventually an apology was given to me. The records of my payments speak for themselves and it seems that Rentokil-Initial accounts department needs a serious overhaul.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort out this issue immediately and stop making your problems mine!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
