Dissapointed ,diluted Castor oil.
Very dissapointed. I think 30% castor oil mixed with something else.I grew up with Castor oil and buying it for years. I did a comparison aswell from what I had left from others suppliers. and no this is not it .The price was too good to be true and yes it normally is .Very dissapointed

Thank you for your feedback, although as a small business that makes it our complete goal to provide quality ingredients and offer superb customer service, I must say we are very saddened by this feedback and claim.
You received your order on Saturday 2nd December and wrote this review on the same day. Never at any point did you reach out to us to raise your concerns directly.
I do not purport that mistakes do not happen, had you raised a concern with us, our first port of call would have been to check the batch number against the CoA and then check that the correct oil was indeed labeled correctly and also check that your order was packed correctly. An entire internal process would have taken place.
We would like to know what your claims are based on? How is this castor oil different to you? How did you reach the conclusion that it is a 30% dilution? We would be very happy to engage you on this, and perhaps you might share some lab results to back this up?
Having said that, natural products, especially unstandardized, come out different from batch-to-batch in colour, look, feel etc. based on environmental factors. I am not sure how you are comparing the different oils but please do keep this in mind.
We are proud of our value-driven prices. We buy in bulk (TONS) so that our customers can pay good prices. Our business model is based on this. We are a wholesaler, we do not mark up like retail and that is ok for us. That is because we provide bulk quantities to resellers, product makers or diy makers. It is unfortunate that you see our good prices as a sign of bad products.
