I canceled a reservation with Thabaledi Resort and it had been over a month and the Resort either does not have signal or they do not know how to do a refund. Booking.com is not accessible and have all these prompts that is unhelpful. Spoke to a Consultant, he placed me hold and cut the call.This is extremely frustrating because I am not getting any joy out of both parties.
Very dissapointed. I think 30% castor oil mixed with something else.I grew up with Castor oil and buying it for years. I did a comparison aswell from what I had left from others suppliers. and no this is not it .The price was too good to be true and yes it normally is .Very dissapointed
I went to collect my script at Clicks Pharmacy at Princess Crossing and was served by a lady called Maude. It took her over 30 minutes to complete my script as she was running with a small boy attending to him while serving me and took forever to collect my medication. I was extremely ill as I just came from the doc. When I raised it with her. She slapped back with a comment "That is why colored people do not succeed" She also said she will not explain how to use my meds and threw it in the bag. I found that extensively and extremely rude and offensive. She humiliated me in front of other customers and something needs to be done about her behavior. Regards Olivia 0749055595
I signed up on the 13 September 2020 under the agreement that I have a 12 month contract and can cancel at any time provided I still pay for 2.months after the cancelation. I called the Virgin Active Head office just to find out that I have a 24 month contract and need to pay a cancellation fee of R1440. My contract has still not been send to me nor the gym bag as promised. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Keith that sold the R370 contract under 12 months and said that if I would like to take a month on month it would be R420. He also phoned me a week ago said that my son owes R1500 and yet he does not have a legal contract and not the responsible payer as he was signed up under a club.He than denied everything and said no he just called to hear if my son wanted to come back to the gym and does not owe anything. He also denied that he gave me a 12 month contract and that I agreed to everything. This is unethical and wrong. How do you manipulate people into signing up with you and to top it all off, the head office says go to the branch and sort it out because now it a a he said she said. What **** is .this? And I kept on asking for my contacts that has not been send. Shame on you onActive
I think we have been officially scammed if I read all the reviews . I have placed my order on the 28 Nov 2020 and nothing has been received. You cannot send them an email or contact them. Something needs to be done
I have two contracts with Cell C and has upgraded on both .They have no record of me upgrading and still debiting my account with the previous amount .The introduced me to a product called get more .I cancelled in February and it has still not been cancelled and the disgusting thing is each call <br> agent can tell me when and how many times I called to cancel but still it is not cancelled and keep getting promises that it will be escalated> I have had endless problems with Cell C. They are crooks and know nothing about Service
