We have a fibre account with ISP Africa but Vumatel is the provider. There hasn't been any internet for more than 5 days now, I have logged 3 tickets, the 1st one was answered just saying there was a technical error, not response on the other 2! This is a blatant rip off! I work from home, this is pathetic service that I pay alot for! NO ONE from Vumatel or ISPAfrika bothers to update its clients or provide a resolution time. I WILL NOT PAY FOR THE DAYS THAT THERE WAS NO INTERNET! I will provide your pathetic company with my data account which I also expect to be paid by yourselves! You have lost a loyal client!
