Very dissatisfied. Poor customer service, not willing to help or if asked for help, customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority and it feels likes you do them a favor rather than them assisting you.
Product stock availability manipulation as iStore application says stock availability at a Sandton City yet if you go there, they don’t have stock. You never know when stock is available as the iStore application is incorrect.
As a client facing customer, this is not how you welcome your customer from the moment you walk into the store.
Much better experience at iStore Sandton Drive.
