I came into the store on a Sunday to purchase an iPhone. Sales agent told me he would call me on Tuesday to come into the store as the stock was arriving then. It is now Thursday and still no call.

TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE! I booked my appointment online as per the correct process, on Friday – I drove all the way to the Pavillion for my appointment and was told I require a new microphone part. I was then told I have to make a second appointment and come back for a second time, just so the Technician can then order the microphone part required for my phone. My phone is 4 months old and so still under warranty. Please explain why I must now book ANOTHER appointment and drive all the way BACK to the Pavillion for a SECOND time for that component to be ordered which will result in me having to book a THIRD appointment and driving all the way BACK to the Pavillion for the repair itself. I have tried to phone the store directly and the message I get it “our store cannot take any direct calls.” This is terrible service.

Am so disappointed with IStore Pavillion Mall.. I went there to apply for a phone which was going to be with Telkom we app**** everything went through got approved but when it was time to give the phone I was told it's on hold with Telkom so unfortunately they can't release the phone of which that was yesterday 11-07-2025 my birthday😒 that time I waited for almost 4 hours then the pady told me to come back today surely it will be released by thn.. Guess what I went today they're still telling same story it's on hold with Telkom they can't do anything until it is released from them.. Went to Telkom so disappointing that lady was rude and didn't assist at all ended up canceling the, whole thing am so disappointed with IStore and Telkom Pavillion Mall...
