I have not even started my account with you and your service is disgusting. The lady that signed me up was briliant and after that... NOTHING!!! I have spent three hours of my working day on the phone to Telkom trying to get someone to help me and I keep getting passed around and having the phone hung up on me.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL MY HOME WIFI ACCOUNT FOR 3 MONTHS!!! EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH YOU TELL ME YOU WILL CANCEL AT THE END OF THE NEXT MONTH AND YET YOU CONTINUE DEBITING ME AND YOU HAVE CUT OFF MY INTERNET!!!!! I have emailed and called 26 PEOPLE at MTN and NO ONE IS HELPING ME! I HAVE REFERENCE NUMBERS COMING OUT OF MY EARS!!!! MTN IS A ****.
I have had NOTHING but poor service from MTN from day one along with their Mondo / RewardsCo paretners that are completely *****ulent! I sent a cancellation request on the 2nd March however the contract was not cancelled and I have been debited. I have spoken to SEVEN different agents this morning - 3 of which have told me they clearly see the cancellation request but it was 'rejected' and then they tell me I must speak to 1. Rewards Co. 2. Thilenvren Moodley 3. Head Office Directy 4. EAI_Admin BUT NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME?! NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY THE CONTRACT WAS NOT CANCELLED only that the cancellation was rejected? This is a month to month contract and I gave a months notice. I have it in writing. SOMEONE HELP ME!

Literally impossible to cancel with these guys! Noone answers the phone. No one replies on WhatsApp. No one replies to e-mails.
TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE! I booked my appointment online as per the correct process, on Friday – I drove all the way to the Pavillion for my appointment and was told I require a new microphone part. I was then told I have to make a second appointment and come back for a second time, just so the Technician can then order the microphone part required for my phone. My phone is 4 months old and so still under warranty. Please explain why I must now book ANOTHER appointment and drive all the way BACK to the Pavillion for a SECOND time for that component to be ordered which will result in me having to book a THIRD appointment and driving all the way BACK to the Pavillion for the repair itself. I have tried to phone the store directly and the message I get it “our store cannot take any direct calls.” This is terrible service.
