I came into the store on a Sunday to purchase an iPhone. Sales agent told me he would call me on Tuesday to come into the store as the stock was arriving then. It is now Thursday and still no call.
So I placed an order for a bunch of roses to be delivered to my Wife's work place on valentines day. <br> <br> I then received an email on the evening of valentines day stating that the flowers were delivered. <br> <br> When my wife got home(extremely disappointed), i asked her if she got anything and to my surprise, nothing had been delivered to her workplace. <br> <br> A netflorist representative calls me TWO days later to say that she is sorry that the flowers were not delivered because of order mistake on her behalf. She then asks if she can still deliver the flowers(totally pointless delivering valentines day flowers 2 days later). <br> <br> This is pathetic service for a company that guarantees a quality service and delivery. <br> <br> <br>
