TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE!
I booked my appointment online as per the correct process, on Friday – I drove all the way to the Pavillion for my appointment and was told I require a new microphone part. I was then told I have to make a second appointment and come back for a second time, just so the Technician can then order the microphone part required for my phone.
My phone is 4 months old and so still under warranty.
Please explain why I must now book ANOTHER appointment and drive all the way BACK to the Pavillion for a SECOND time for that component to be ordered which will result in me having to book a THIRD appointment and driving all the way BACK to the Pavillion for the repair itself.
I have tried to phone the store directly and the message I get it “our store cannot take any direct calls.”
This is terrible service.
