Itaga lodge poor customer service

The place was beautiful and clean. We were happy when we got there. Only to find the stove is not working, one drawer was broken. We could not cook. The owner still has not paid our breakage fee, it’s 14 days now.

When we send enquiries about the refund, she does not respond. She is denying that the drawer was broken. We agreed that she takes the money for the drawer and refund the balance. We are still waiting. Not sure if it’s a matter of race or poor customer service.
