I took my car for repairs because the control unit was damaged. Paid deposit for on the 11th of November for the parts to be ordered from Germany. they said it takes 6 weeks for the parts to be delivered. i did not get any feedback or update on the order. on the 18th December i decided to enquire about the progress of the order. the service adviser informs me they ordered a wrong part. i have to wait another 6 weeks. i asked for a loan car since they are the ones who ordered a wrong part. I was told they don't have cars available. Complained to the service manager about the bad customer service but I'm not getting any assistance. I've been their customer for 5 years but they are not willing to assist me. i don't like racializing problems but i'm paying black tax
I feel safe with momentum , they always assist me. They are reliable , all my claims are processed quickly and accurately. Thank to Keamogetswe for the great customer service she gave me. I received all updates regarding the claim process promptly.
I bought sink 1 bowl and and sink 2 bowl. I returned them to Moreleta pickup point. They only accepted one box( sink 1 bowl) and gave me back the sink 2 bowl. When i logged the second return for pick from the house only to find they gave me the wrong box. they send the truck to pickup the second box . I explained the mix up from Moreleta pickup point. its more than 20 days i have not received my refund. they keep telling me they are waiting for warehouse to confirm.

The place was beautiful and clean. We were happy when we got there. Only to find the stove is not working, one drawer was broken. We could not cook. The owner still has not paid our breakage fee, it’s 14 days now. When we send enquiries about the refund, she does not respond. She is denying that the drawer was broken. We agreed that she takes the money for the drawer and refund the balance. We are still waiting. Not sure if it’s a matter of race or poor customer service.
