After a disappointing initial experience with a delayed and incomplete delivery, I was contacted by the team at Italtile who took immediate steps to resolve the issue. They arranged a second consignment to deliver the remaining items, and although one item was still missing, the follow-up was exceptional. The manager and team in charge personally reached out, and ensured that the final item was delivered before 3pm the same day. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving the issue quickly really stood out. I appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the customer service and management team.
