I originally had a SIM + phone contract with MTN, which they later changed to a SIM-only contract. At some point during the year, I decided to upgrade back to a contract that includes a phone. To my surprise, I was told that the SIM-only contract was locked in for 3 years, and MTN now wants to charge a penalty for changing it. This is completely unreasonable. There is no device linked to the SIM-only plan, so why should there be a penalty? Why would MTN lock a SIM-only contract for 3 years? It feels like MTN is trying to collect money for nothing. Customers deserve transparency and flexibility, not hidden restrictions. If you value fair treatment and clear terms, think twice before signing up with MTN.
I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years with two vehicles on Tracker Connect. Unfortunately, their service has become absolutely unacceptable. One of my tracking units stopped communicating properly, and despite multiple complaints through the app, I received no response – it seems they simply don’t care. I called and scheduled a technician visit, but there was no follow-up and no contact. The next time I called, I was kept on hold for over 10 minutes, only to be transferred from one department to another. Apparently, they cannot even call back. This is pathetic service for a company that claims to provide peace of mind. If you value reliability and customer support, avoid Tracker Connect and look for alternatives. They have completely failed to deliver on their promises.
After a disappointing initial experience with a delayed and incomplete delivery, I was contacted by the team at Italtile who took immediate steps to resolve the issue. They arranged a second consignment to deliver the remaining items, and although one item was still missing, the follow-up was exceptional. The manager and team in charge personally reached out, and ensured that the final item was delivered before 3pm the same day. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving the issue quickly really stood out. I appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the customer service and management team. The issue was resolved within a day, and I’m happy to acknowledge their effort in turning the situation around
Very disappointed with ITALTILE Bryanston. I ordered 10 items for my kitchen renovation, but only 3 arrived—and they were delivered a day late. Worse, the items that did arrive were small accessories I could have easily picked up myself. The main items, which were essential for continuing the renovation, were missing. When I called to follow up, I was told, “You’re supposed to get all,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. My workers were on-site, waiting for the full delivery, and the delay caused unnecessary downtime and cost me money. I expected better service and communication. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this store.
My wife banks with Discovery and has been opening various fixed deposits with them. Days after maturity the money has not even been deposited to her bank account (which is also discovery Bank). Many calls, holding for over hours... still nothing. What a shame. Looking for alternatives. Never Bank with Discovery...Could have ranked 0, they are worse than 1.
I have been a customer of Vodacom for the last 13 year. The billing from the company is getting more than pathetic. I see a charge for "content Services" in the bill. I have never subscribed to any content service and Vodacom customer care executive could not tell me which content i have been using to be charged. The issue will be raised, but she cannot reverse the charge...What kind of service, they could charge for random things and cannot reverse till they feel like. What a pitty....
Never had a worst experience than this. The loot website does offer products which are cheaper than others. On 4th January 2019, i ordered 6 text books for about Rand 7K, as the loot.co.za had all the books I required for my sons university were "available". The delivery of the order was scheduled for the 23rd of January 2019. As there was no information from loot till 24th January, i called the customer care and was shocked to be informed that as one of the books was out of stock, and they are holding the entire shipment. I requested them the ship the available 5 books and requested to inform me when the last book will be available, so that i can make a call whether to cancel the order and buy from a book shop before the university starts. I was shocked next day to see that only one of the books was ready for collection out of the 5, as loot.co.za made a mess of the partial packing. I have been promised that they will "reorder" the partial shipping with the rest of the books, which is yet to be seen. There is still no information about when the last book (which was on stock) will be available. This is an online platform to avoid at all cost, if you do not want to be disappointed. They promise items which are not on stock as on stock, and has pathetic communication to follow-up.
