I have been trying to contact your offices regarding an account that was handed over and has already been paid. Despite this, I continue to receive messages stating that I still owe money.
For the past two years, I have repeatedly requested a paid-up letter, with no success. Now I am being told that I owe money again, which is completely unacceptable.
Your offices are not responding to emails or answering calls. This matter has been going back and forth for two years, and I have reached my limit.
If this account is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Ombudsman, as this situation is negatively affecting my credit score every month due to your lack of response.
I expect immediate attention to this matter
