Lack of responds and services regarding an account

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been trying to contact your offices regarding an account that was handed over and has already been paid. Despite this, I continue to receive messages stating that I still owe money. For the past two years, I have repeatedly requested a paid-up letter, with no success. Now I am being told that I owe money again, which is completely unacceptable. Your offices are not responding to emails or answering calls. This matter has been going back and forth for two years, and I have reached my limit. If this account is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Ombudsman, as this situation is negatively affecting my credit score every month due to your lack of response. I expect immediate attention to this matter

worst service ever

worst service i have ever experienced. i had my number since i was 16 and i posted to rain because my phone could not take 2 sim cards, i can't use my rain account for my work because i need to receive authentication SMSs, but the rain sim keeps blocking it, have phoned so many times to fix it, they just keep saying sorry we can help, and now that i want to port my number back to cell c, rain keeps rejecting my request, i have been trying for a year, i am unable to do my job properly regarding there ****ty service, and worse of all there staff is dumber than the ground, ground is smarter than the call center staff, like today, was transferred 17 times because the ****ing people is too stupid to understand me..... I'm ****ing fed up
