Itec Converge

I contacted Itec on the 19 January about a printer for a school in northwest. The response was quick, Jacob really helped me fill in the forms and sign the contract and all was good..

I was assured that after the contract is signed it will only take 2 to 3 days for the printer to be delivered at the school.. I am still waiting for the printer. I have been told twice the printer is coming today. The printer was supposed to be delivered on the 14 February 2023 I was told and as am waiting patiently I received a call and they told me that the has been a mistake the printer is couriered @ Hebron in Capetown.

The 1 thing that annoys me is being taken for a fool because 13 February 2023 the machine was loaded on the the Van I was told and it was coming to Hebron (North West) not Capetown now all of sudden the machine is been delivered in Capetown.

I am very disappointed in the service I'm getting from Itec and they came highly recommended hence I only contacted them for a big printer...
