Money crooks

One star is way to much for the excuse of a company. Since 2019 am I struggling to get the printer working. It is a constant paper jam and a scan jam. The service contract was in place but the terms of the service agreement were not even met. Every month Itec want the rental amount and the printing cost money. Due to the printer not even working and cannot be uses at all the printing charges is ridiculous. I mean the cost of one page between R250 and R600. If you send in query you will be lied to like you have never seen before. you never done this or that, but worst of all, you send them the evidence. The evidence will just be ignored. They are a bunch of crooks whose work it is to lie from the morning till the evening. How on earth can you live with yourself? Four years later and the saga just carry on. They can close their doors because they are actually useless. They cannot even fix there own printers but just want the money. They should be ashamed of themselves.
