I visited Astron Durbanville. I was waiting for 10 minutes with no petrol attending to help me. Another car stops and then two are helping. That's really poor service.
An update on my previous review. Eventually after a month was the parcel delivered with more than half of the items missing.
I just read some of the people's comments and complaints. I just look at December 2025. Only two people are happy. Everything they say is 1000% true about this company. They try to deliver a parcel for two weeks to me at a stage. Now I am sitting a position were two parcels are gone. Both parcel were supposed to be delivered last week Thursday or Friday. The one is gone and the other one just couldn't be delivered. I gave them the addresses five or six times by now but they still f@#$_ it up.
These people are ********s. They are just steeling your money. Full of $#@_& stories when they know they are wrong
I requested the prices for items, but they did not release it is me. Apparently I received discount on my items but the one item was about R400 cheaper then what I am paying. I never seen that discount is working like that. The total "discount" I received was about R38 more than the normal price. Then you still need to pay for the battery which should be included in the price. Let only my opinion.
I found a slip where I put in petrol at the Ultra City in Laingsburg on 9 January 2025. The strange thing is that my car's tank can only hold 45 litres but Shell managed to get 49 litres in the tank. I really Wich I know how is this possible.
I am sure they are using ox wagons to transport stuff. The parcel left Johannesburg on the 7th of December 2024 at 9:26. It is the 10th of December 2024, 10:50 and the parcel is still on its way between JHB and CPT. There is also no agent available to speak to. This is the worst service I have ever seen by a courier company. They should change the name to SLOW WAY OR SNAIL WAY.
This people are far from impartial, ********* and unprofessional. The chair seems like she had a very long night or party way to much the previous night. Cannot even listen to what is said.
I was told that the contract is only two yeara but to my surprise I found out it is three years. I cancelled the contract in May 2024 but Cartack told me that the contract was only cancelled on the 15 July 2024 and the contract end in September 2024. Then it was cancelled on 15 June 2024. When I spoke to the agent at Carteack regarding the cancellation he insured me that the cancellation fee will be for the remainder of the contract which is the three months. Now Cartrack is saying that they can charge whatever they want for the cancellation fee. The service was bad. I need to pay the cancellation fee plus the remaining fees for the contract. This is day light *******. They want to double charge me now. The agents at Cartrack refer me to the terms and conditions which contradicts what they are saying. First the payments get paid in arrears then they change it to in advance. They dont even know what is going on in the terms and conditions.
I had the worst experience at BW Tygerberg today, 10 July 2024. All they need to do was to swop two items, which cost the same. You first need to go to return. There were nobody at returns. Was told to go to the cashiers, but they cashiers send you to another cashier. Apparently neither of the cashiers could do the return. Was sent to another person just to get a code. Back to cashier and then back to returns. Returns want to take their time and then refunded the wrong amount as well. Back to cashier one. Eventually the item was returned and the other one received. The security is up in arms because of the wrong enterence been used. If it is taking one and a half hours to swop an item then either the system is not working or the people dont know what is actually going on or are not willing to help or or or or.
