Con Artists
Trying to shake me down for money I don’t owe them, they are retaliating by listing my name on the credit bureaus because I refused to stay with them any longer. Ithemba has no Morals and I will be dealing with You legally. Sies

Kindly be advised that Ithemba Property is a registered member of the South African Credit Risk Reporting Association (SACRRA). As such, we are required to report the payment behaviour of all active rental accounts to approved credit bureaus on a monthly basis. This process is conducted in compliance with national credit reporting regulations and SACRRA guidelines.
Furthermore, your lease agreement includes a clause authorising Ithemba Property to share payment and account information with credit bureaus for credit risk reporting purposes.
We therefore encourage you to settle the outstanding balance to ensure your credit profile remains in good standing.
