Trying to shake me down for money I don’t owe them, they are retaliating by listing my name on the credit bureaus because I refused to stay with them any longer. Ithemba has no Morals and I will be dealing with You legally. Sies
This shady company is now threatening to ruin my credit record over money that I don’t owe them. Please note you are not getting a cent from me. I will be taking this issue to the rental housing tribunal, Ithemba needs to stop their shady dealings.
Ithemba are you still refusing to pay me back my deposit?
Lived with ithemba for 5 years, A good 5 years may I add without any issues during my stay with them, Now I have decided to move out and they are supposed to pay me my deposit back. But no no, they have become ************ landlords and refuse to pay me my deposit back, Not only are they refusing with my deposit of R2800 but they have added another charge of R2500 because I moved out after 12pm. So even though they kept my full deposit, they want me to send them even more money . This is the most disgusting practice I have ever seen, for 5 years I have been a good tenant, paid my rent on time and never had issues, and ithemba decides they want to be petty when it is time to pay me back what they owe me. You have shown me that good tenants mean nothing to you . I will never return to any of your properties ever again. You are disgraceful.
Personal loan application was sent in on 8th of august, it is now the 20th of august and I still have no assistance or update on the application. How can a personal loan application go 12 full days without any progress, the Slogan is “How can we help you” but I am not actually getting any help from anyone at secure chat on the APP. I keep getting transferred from department to department but no one is actually helping, no one has answers or has given me any real progress status. This is just bad service overall.
I app**** for a personal loan last week Friday on my banking app, I got a message saying the loan was approved and they set up a debicheck, I was then requested to submit an SAFPS letter and do my finger print verification at my nearest branch before the funds could be deposited into my account. I did all of that and still no funds deposited into my account. It is Friday again today so 7 whole days and still no update or progress for a personal loan application. Disappointed to say the least.
My first time ordering here and let me just say I am highly impressed. So someone supposedly tried to use my ID number to get a loan from Old Mutual, Old Mutual then flagged the application as fraud and then proceeded to list my ID with South African fraud prevention services so my Id wouldn’t be allowed to used for any credit services. I called Old Mutual fraud department and they asked for me to provide an affidavit, certified ID and signature specimens so they could investigate and remove my name. I sent them all documents required and here I am 6 months later with no resolution and no feedback from them. Whenever I call Wade Atkins from the fraud department he tells me he will follow up with the assigned investigator but never gets back to me. I have impeccable credit score which I can’t even use because my ID is listed by Old Mutual. I need to beg to get any assistance from them. Right now I can’t get any sort of home loans, car finance, and I can’t even renew any of my cellphone contracts because of this. My life is in limbo because of Old Mutual. I am not even a client of theirs but I am in their mercy. You guys are ruining my life and no one seems to care.
I have been staying at elevate for just over a year now, excellent service and queries are always attended to swiftly, staff are always friendly to help, overall I am happy and couldn’t ask for any thing more.
On the 27th november 2020 i made a payment for my store account on the mrp app like i usually do for the past 3 years, anyways after i made the payment online i never received a reference number which i found weird, so i checked my bank statement and the money went off my bank account, i called mrp and they advised me to email my bank statements which i did over 15 times to different email addresses that i was given by the customer care people however i still have no resolution or feedback, it has been 3 months now fighting about R160 . i am closing this account.
