Absolutely deplorable service.

If I could give zero stars for this company I would. Even one star is too generous.

On the 1st of March 2024, this company double debited my account. I informed them of this error and asked them to please refund me my money.

Up until this point I have been very civil with them.

I have made numerous calls and even went to their offices in person.

To date, I still don't have my refund which is money that I need.

I will be canceling my contract with them and looking for an alternative security company. One that is competent.
