False adverti*****t

We were at the Groot Jol on Saturday and as the show started, they announced 10 artists are performing. When we bought the tickets, it was 11 artists. It was announced that Riaan Benarde is the last performer. Rickus Nel did not perform. The show was false adverti*****t and we did not get what we have paid for. I request a full refund as I’ve e-mailed on the Friday and got confirmation that Rickus Nel will be performing and if any changes, we will get an e-mail, which we did not get.
