I purchased 7 tickets for the Steve Hofmeyer IKOON concert on 29 March 2025 that got cancelled/postponed at the DHL Stadium Cape Town. The new date in October does not suit us and as such we have requested a refund from TopTickets. However TopTickets claim iTickets need to refund us, as the funds are in escrow with iTickets. At this time, between TopTickets and iTickets I am R 5 800.00 out of pocket since Nov 24. Excluding traveling and accomodation already paid as we went to Cape Town 4 days before the concert. How is it that money can be taken for a service to be delivered and when that service is not delivered or given to another service provider not pay it back.
