No communication at all. My panic button has not been working for a while now. You will contact them via email, Johanna Moonsamy (JMoonsamy@bidtrack.co.za) to be specific, and they will answer what they want to answer and leave you hanging. I have tested my panic button about 10 times now and there has been no response whatsoever. I can’t even get it fixed because it seems we are playing the “silence” game.

I gave 1 star because it won't allow lower than that. So out bakkie gets ******, we phone them immediatley and within 3 minutes it had disappeared from the system. itrack's perceived response is "not our problem, we don't care". Now to make things worse I have to pay for a service I clearly didn't get for a vehicle I now no longer have. Their response we have hundreds of companies that are happy with our services, so my being unhappy obviously means nothing. Another case of might is right and to hell with the small guy as long as we have your money we will keep you on a line. I have now been waiting for over a week for a call back. This morning I was promised a call back within 15 minutes and guess what it is over an hour already and NOTHING again.

Unit on one vehicle has been off line numerous times ..reported complained and received communication that it is not the case bit send screenshots and it is just escalated and nothing gets resolved..no use have a tracking system if you cannot track it..looking at another system to replace all me vehicles

I reported an tracking device not working, waited 6 days for them to come out to fix it ! After there response email said - technician will phone me in 3 hours ! I phoned and ask to speak with management still waiting 24 hours later, nobody is in the office.

After purchasing contract from a the tracking company Itrack Live and paying them loyally I sold my vehicle only to be advised they will charge me R750.00 to transfer the unit to the new vehicle. <br> <br> A visit to my doctor is a lot cheaper than them. <br> <br> This message is a warning to the public that they must be aware of the complete rip off these tracking companies are charging!!!
