Worst service cellphone supplier...Will take 14 to 21for a repair ..but if you pay extra they will do it on a Saturday..basically forcing you to pay a bigger amount for service..and phone has to be in shop for that amount of time..cannot deliver it a day or two before scheduled repairs..have baught all phones for my company there but will never see me again..Cannot even buy spares from them ..to get own technician to repair phone..stay away..
Unit on one vehicle has been off line numerous times ..reported complained and received communication that it is not the case bit send screenshots and it is just escalated and nothing gets resolved..no use have a tracking system if you cannot track it..looking at another system to replace all me vehicles
Nedbank business banking obviously not interested in keeping clients..impossible to reach .have a business banker that never returns calls or never answers communication..the. If you phone branch they patch you through but no one answers or calls back..3 weeks just to ask a question. Think it's time to take money somewhere else
New client and already I know I made a mistake..line is active but impossible to get support just to provide a username and password..totally under staff and and it's been almost 25l4 hours and still no one that can help..get a company thay actually has a call centre...be warned your issues will not be solved in a hurry..
They could not supply product in time frame ,, hence had to cancel and 10 days later and numerous promise of escalation to financial department i have not received any payment or reply to emails
bought a scanner online on 5 august and have send 2 emails ,4 calls but apparently the online department cannot be called and still no reply or feedback on my purchase
Has been 2 weeks to try and get a ITC number out of them...Cannot wait to move to another supplier..Early next month and they will never see me again ..not al my business
had the worst experience from supersonic, Never returned any of complaints ,kept saying problem is escalated and when i finally cancelled service with them they did not want to except cancellation immediately had to give another month notice.. There are so many more internet suppliers do not go with supersonic ..
Had a classic fraud case on my bank account from their side..After numerous emails and calls they just did not follow it up or gave any feed back. Empty promises... Bongani Dlamini never rerurns emails or calls.. Probably. To busy. Will go to police and ombudsman now
Had phone send in for repairs 22/12 already and now its at supplier...<br> so now i asked for early upgrade but the system does not allow it ,according to them about R140 short on average ,my bill is never under R1200 and still they are not willing to do early upgrade that is due in may ,, was even willing to pay in but policy .. so my R1200 a month will be going to another network as soon as my contract runs up
