No communication at all. My panic button has not been working for a while now. You will contact them via email, Johanna Moonsamy (JMoonsamy@bidtrack.co.za) to be specific, and they will answer what they want to answer and leave you hanging.
I have tested my panic button about 10 times now and there has been no response whatsoever. I can’t even get it fixed because it seems we are playing the “silence” game.
