Terrible experience from Tshepo Rasehlalo (PTA). My maternity leave is over and I have still not received my funds. Will you pay all the debts I’ve incurred? Absolutely not. Tshepo has not rep**** to a single email of mine which was of course a reply to the initial email he had sent me. Tshepo and colleagues will look for reasons that aren’t even there to reject the application and even when they do, no one informs you of the rejection. I’ve had to make countless calls to just find out that my application is rejected even after I had done what they told me to do
Wifi. Prices go up after accepting the contract. They make it impossible to cancel.
Can you guys take me serious please. I called in trying to book for service, they said the service person is busy on a call and that I should provide my contact details so they can call me back. It’s been a week now and no one has called me back. I called in again today and still I’m being told stories about the service person being busy.
I am unable to view my latest benefits statement. I created an online account yet there is no option on the website to allow me to see my investments. This has been the case for over a year now yet they've been consistent in collecting their premium monthly.
I had a claim in June ‘24. I was not at fault, I mentioned this to the call center person which he agreed as well as in my description during claim stage. I took down the details of the third party and King price advised that I should not make any contact with the third party as they would do that in order to recoup the money from them. All I had to do was pay the excess which I did. And my car was fixed. Thanks. It’s 2025. I called in to find out about the progress they’re making to recoup the money (my excess to be specific) from the third party, and they said they aren’t doing anything about it. I’m disappointed because i could’ve tried by myself to claim my excess from the third party but I was made to believe that they will fight that battle for me yet nothing is being done about it. I was not even at fault.

So disappointed in your after sale service. - I had been on a month to month contract about 6 months without any hassle. So one of the agents called me to offer me a 24 month contract and to leave the month to month contract. - I agreed to the 24 month contract because I was happy with the month-to-month service and the connectivity was good. - A month later, my service is discontinued and it turns out I have not paid. This was rather shocking because all along there was a debit order that went off on a monthly basis so it seems that the agent changed my profile to cash instead of debit order without my consent. - I called customer care the lady just transferred me to some third-party provider who only asked for my personal details and promised to call me back and has still not done so. I called again and the other call center agent also made me hold the line without any assistance. It’s been a week now and no one has called me back.
The consultant gave me good service
Called in to cancel their service in May 2023 since the WiFi had barely been working for the past 3 months. I was told “hold on the line” for a good 30 minutes as they transferred my call to the relevant department. No one attended to my call. Struggled to cancel on their website as well because guess what? Their own WiFi does not have connectivity. Had to BUY mobile data to get on to the website which was also a fail because the only closest thing I could do on the website is to “log a ticket”. So I logged the ticket. Did anyone attend to it? NO The second payment since I’ve attempted to cancel the subscription has already been debited with no sign of me being able to get a refund. Totally unacceptable service 😡
