Hello Transact,
It is 17 March 2022. I have phoned you three times already to unlock my account. I have clicked the button "I forgot my password" as well. Action taken thus far: my call has been escalated to a technician and a customer service person will phone me.
You folks handle very intricate financial systems but cannot do the small things. How can we trust you with doing the big things?
