I have had an account with this platform for years and was generally satisfied with the service and web access. Around August 2025 I attempted to draw a statement of my account on the web portal as I had done many times before, I was met with an error message saying the there was a failure to "Failed to load Investor transactions", with a message about the nature of the coding problem which was obviously related to the apostrophe in my surname. Since August, I have contacted them repeatedly always with the same reply that "It works on our side". Today I phoned and asked if there was somebody that I could speak to resolve the problem. I was told to send another email and when I explained that the previous emails had not helped and the latest email had not got any response, I was cut off. Is there any way to resolve a relatively simple problem with this business?

The service from Itransact is shockingly poor! Received a letter from Itransact on 30/10/2025 stating that my investment will be paid out within 5 working days. Today is 07/11 and after numerous calls still nothing.......wonder if Itransact is a ****.......

The service is terrible. I requested information and twice they sent me the wrong information. What a waste of time.

Never deal with these guys. Absolutely shocking service. Been trying to login to their site for over a year now with no resolution. Everytime I get thrown out with an 'error'. I have reset my password numerous times, and all the technical team can say is reset your password.

Hello Transact, It is 17 March 2022. I have phoned you three times already to unlock my account. I have clicked the button "I forgot my password" as well. Action taken thus far: my call has been escalated to a technician and a customer service person will phone me. You folks handle very intricate financial systems but cannot do the small things. How can we trust you with doing the big things? Paul Francis

I Places a repurchase instruction on the 2nd of May on the 3rd I received an SMS stating that my repurchase has been processed. Confirmation will reach me soon. There after I received an e-mail indicating that the funds will be in my account on the 10th of May. I phoned at about 14h00 on the 10th and was assured that I will receive my funds by the end of the business day. Today 13 May I phoned and was told that Half the money was paid out to me.... I have not received a sent. And the other half was not paid due to a technical glitch in their system. I have no indication of when they will be paying me and no sure answer as to what happened to the money that was supposedly paid to me.
