Horrible uncaring service from Vet Practice
I took my dog to Dr Kim Tutt at Rosmead TAH on the 10th of May.After diagnosing him she promised to email my local Bet with her findings and the prescribed medication I would then be able to get from them. It's now the 22nd of May no information was shared with my Vet. I've phone TAH Rosmead 4 times this week. Each time being promised a call back. They can't access her notes so I can't even get the needed medication from them directly. My dog is going blind I front my eyes and TAH Rosmead and Dr Kim Tutt cannot care less. As it is too much effort to send an email or pick up a phone.

Alexander forbes a disgusting fruadlant scheme
I am being fined by SARS due to Alexander Forbes Losing my funds.... Refusing to pay it over to the Pension fund it belongs to and thus prohibiting that fund to issue a ROT01 form to SARS. You hold on for Hours on end only to have their phones malfunction and they not being able to hear you....

Missing parcel
1. The Dawn Wing dont tell you that they dont do counter to counter deliveries. I only found this out when I tried to collect my parcel. 2. They deliver the parcel not to the intended person and cant tell me who they delivered to. 3 They promise to phone back and never do 4. My parcel is missing and no can tell me who signed for it when or why they did not phone the recipient prior to delivery as they had promised.

MFC and Nedbank app and website is faulty!!
I brought a vehicle through MFC. I got instructed to register on their website and download the app. Registration on the website cant be done neither can I register on the money app. Both gives error messages. I phoned MFC the lady said I cant register because they don't have my phone nr as my primary nr. She will correct it.....I still cant register. Phoned the number given on the app. Was told to reload the app cause the problem is with my phone. I explained what the previous person said. The lady then only looked at my profile. There is no telephone nr listed and I need to go to a bank and update my detail in person......

Empty promises
I changed medical aids within Discovery and was billed twice.Once for Discovery and once for LA health. I was promised a refund if the Discovery Debit order goes through. I have been in constant contact with them since 21 July. And it remains a empty promise. Besides that phoning is a nightmare as a person gets moved back and forth since no one knows who is responsible and it's never the person on the other end of the phone....

Money Missing
I Places a repurchase instruction on the 2nd of May on the 3rd I received an SMS stating that my repurchase has been processed. Confirmation will reach me soon. There after I received an e-mail indicating that the funds will be in my account on the 10th of May. I phoned at about 14h00 on the 10th and was assured that I will receive my funds by the end of the business day. Today 13 May I phoned and was told that Half the money was paid out to me.... I have not received a sent. And the other half was not paid due to a technical glitch in their system. I have no indication of when they will be paying me and no sure answer as to what happened to the money that was supposedly paid to me.

Brought a stove almost a month ago and still do not have it!
I brought a stove from Game Tygervalley on the 12th of Feb 2019. The stove was supposed to be delivered to the store who whould phone me to collect on Saturday 14 Feb. I received no call. I however was phoned on the 24th of Feb to give a review on how my new stove is working. I informed them that I never received the stove. They then promised that it should be at the store within the week and that they will notify me asap....Nothing I phoned on 28 Feb asking about the stove and was promised a call back and that the stove should be in store on the 2nd of March. I heard nothing I phoned again on the 4th of March and was promised an immediate call back. I phoned again, this time the call was cut after I held the line for almost 5 minutes.

Vodacom = Fraud
My contract was renewed without my permission. I have phoned several times and only ever get promised that they will phone back. Which they never do.....
