I placed an order with Manicaa on 30 May 2022 and received a prompt reply that the item ordered will be delivered within 10 – 25/30 business days. A subsequent email was received 2 June stating that I will receive the item during the week of 27 June 2022. On 22 June 2022 another email was received saying that the order is delayed due to a delay in shipping and that I will hear from them soon on another delivery date. To this day 8 July 2022 I have not heard a word from them despite sending two emails and phoning their contact number, which received no answer. I have numerous complains on this forum and others against Manicaa. Beware!
Beware. This company is a scam. You will not receive answers to your email and nor will your calls be answered.

Hello Transact, It is 17 March 2022. I have phoned you three times already to unlock my account. I have clicked the button "I forgot my password" as well. Action taken thus far: my call has been escalated to a technician and a customer service person will phone me. You folks handle very intricate financial systems but cannot do the small things. Dear FNB, I am writing this review on behalf of my father, a 75 year old pensioner. My dad went to FNB at The Glen today to complain about an ATM transaction at the Super Spar Kenilworth. He tried to withdraw R700, which is used for his food for the week. The ATM did not dispense the cash but recorded that he withdrew the money in question. The FNB branch at The Glen provided an ATM claim form that was completed at the branch. The branch however indicated that they will require a whole week to investigate the matter and only revert with a finding next week sometime. FNB, what is he supposed to eat during this period, water? Surely in cases such as this matters can be resolved a whole lot quicker? You can contact me with the specifics regarding this incident.
