Very bad planning from either vox or ttconnect. We have been down since yesterday and apparently its because our ttconnect router is not comaptible anymore and needs to be upgraded. No warning etc. My next step is to contact mr. j. Du toit to ask what is happening. My ref number is vox25064953. Please can someone assist asap
Stay away from them if you can. The accounts department are rude and send final demands without even considering payments from medical aids etc., and with little correspondence to you as well. I only received an account after the hospital admission and then a final demand.
Shocking service from UPS. Ordered a package from Amazon and had to contact them to find out what was happening with the Parcel, as it was stuck in Limbo. They needed some updated details and then it moved a bit further. Waited another 2 days and contacted them again only to find out I need to pay customs. They sent me the EFT details, which I then paid (which has a waiting period of 2-3 days to clear), and this was followed up 2 hours later with another email from UPS with an alternative instant payment option.
Absolute Pets at Neighbourhood square in Linksfield... seriously lacking customer service. We went to purchase some treats for our dogs, and the staff member behind the till treated us like she was doing us a favour. We saw some food on display that was on special, and because the sign was not clearly marked. we asked her which ones, and she did not say anything and instead just stood there looking at us. She did not really go out of her way to assist. We had to ask her again which ones, to which she surly rep**** 'those ones'. It's almost as if she didn't really want to work there. We walked out without buying anything. Companies cannot run businesses like this nowadays. If you cannot give good customer service upfront, forget it. times are getting tougher, you need to up your game, and online stores are your competition. The only thing you have going for you is the best customer service in-store,
I recently ordered an item from OneDayOnly, and had to return it due to a manufacturing issue. Their service was outstanding and Carryn was exceptional and assisted me with the return process and sent updates all the time. I never had to keep contacting them. They collected the item within a day of lodging the return. To go a step beyond, they also sent me a gift voucher for my troubles. Really awesome service. Thank you OneDayOnly Adrian
Never deal with these guys. Absolutely shocking service. Been trying to login to their site for over a year now with no resolution. Everytime I get thrown out with an 'error'. I have reset my password numerous times, and all the technical team can say is reset your password.
I reconnected my live streaming premium package on 24/10 and paid R240 however I was unable to watch any channels on my Apple TV except for the free channels. I then chatted to the Live chat team to try and resolve my issue and after 2 hours it was still not resolved. I also called the call centre and they were unable to assist. I am really not happy with the service, so I decided to cancel my package from 01/11 and cannot do this. I can only cancel it from 01/12, so essentially I am going to be expected to pay more money. I then sent an email to help@dstv on 25/10 asking if they can cancel my service from 01/11 and give me a refund for the pro-rata I paid of R240 and I have only received a response from them asking me how they can asisst me getting me up and running. my ref number is 42770996 Please can someone asist with giving me a refund and cancelling my subscription with immediate effect. Thanks
I called in to get a quote for my Patio Gas braai which needed parts and was asked to send an email with the model number to customerservice1@megagroup.co.za. Sent the email and waited 2 days without response... then called again and was told that the person at that email is on leave, but could I forward the email to another email and they would get back to me on Monday as everyone is on Christmas leave... shocking Service and wont be getting another MegaMaster Product.
