DELAYING PARCEL!!!!!! YEERRR!!!! NX!!

My parcel was transported via Aramex last week Tuesday on the 2nd of December. Today is the 9th and my parcel is still wondering the streets not on my hands. Aramex handed t over to ITT. Since 1am today it's been saying dispatched, I have not received a call about delivery since. Maybe you guys think we use your services for things we don't need? You need to get my parcel delivered today even if it means after hours. What you are carrying on that parcel is worth R42000 and you better deliver it today!!!
