Absolutely disgusted by the poor service and the arrogance of various departments in the company. ITT collected a parcel on 1 December 2025 and only delivered on 8 January 2026 after splitting the parcel to different provinces.
We received a bill for undelivered goods and when challenged the so-called owner, "Gary", called us entitled to demand delivery and communications. He promptly cancelled our account and appropriated a R5,800 cash balance.
