I have had a deeply disappointing experience with ITTX as my Internet Service Provider. From the very start, the service has been riddled with issues that make it difficult to rely on them for consistent connectivity.
Constant Downtime: The reliability of their service is shockingly poor. I experience frequent downtime, often during critical moments when I need a stable internet connection the most. This has disrupted both my work and leisure activities repeatedly.
Interruptions and Maintenance: While interruptions are to be expected occasionally with any ISP, ITTX takes it to an entirely different level. Even their scheduled maintenance, which should be a controlled process, seems to be poorly managed and communicated.
Lack of Transparency: ITTX consistently fails to communicate openly with their customers. There is no proactive sharing of information, whether it’s about scheduled maintenance, outages, or the reasons for ongoing problems. I’ve often found myself completely in the dark when the service goes down.
Overall, ITTX has failed to meet even the most basic standards of service reliability and customer communication/service. If you're considering them as your ISP, I strongly urge you to think twice. You might find yourself frustrated by constant problems and a lack of accountability. I never thought I would actually say this but ITTX is worse than Telkom (That is a low bar).
