I cancelled my ITTX account with effect from 01 July 2025 and provided written notice. Despite this, ITTX continued billing and deducting money from my bank account for months after cancellation. Six debit orders of R670 were taken ********ly. On 07 January 2026, ITTX admitted in writing that my cancellation was missed and agreed to refund R3,350 (670 x 5). I accepted this. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-ups and a final demand, contacted my bank, and lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Commission. I was told “management will contact you” and given repeated promises, but no refund and no proof of payment have been provided. ITTX has admitted fault, promised a refund, and still failed to pay. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability. I am still owed R3,350 and expect immediate payment. I strongly caution other consumers based on my experience.

I am totally disgusted by the level of service this company provides, in fact I will be cancelling my services with them. I received a whatsapp threat at 12:29 advising they will suspend my account at 16:00 if no payment is made due to a missed debit order in December. I have been their client for over 3 years, have never missed a payment and the manner of approach is clearly from a 5 year old who has never worked with clients before. Why would you not alert me and allow me to make payment before threatening to suspend my account. Why would a legitimate business not even pick up a missed payment over such a long period. Granted I should also check my bank statement but I don't even receive statements to show if there is anything owed. I have no issue paying for services rendered, but do not send a child to handle adult people's business. I hope they loose all their clients with this service approach, there are much better companies to be associated with

This company doesn't care about its clients, You experience an issue with their fibre on a Friday, and being told that if you need a technician to come over the weekend, you should R500.00 call out fee, and I asked if this R500 can be taken out on the next premium, and I was told "HELL NO" ,and on Monday there is no communication from their side, then I enquire, then I am told the technician will come on Wednesday, like really, and I am expected to pay the whole amount at the end of the month, there wont be a deduction of the 3 days I spent without the service, since I incur extra costs. so my experience with the company is not good

I have had a deeply disappointing experience with ITTX as my Internet Service Provider. From the very start, the service has been riddled with issues that make it difficult to rely on them for consistent connectivity. Constant Downtime: The reliability of their service is shockingly poor. I experience frequent downtime, often during critical moments when I need a stable internet connection the most. This has disrupted both my work and leisure activities repeatedly. Interruptions and Maintenance: While interruptions are to be expected occasionally with any ISP, ITTX takes it to an entirely different level. Even their scheduled maintenance, which should be a controlled process, seems to be poorly managed and communicated. Lack of Transparency: ITTX consistently fails to communicate openly with their customers. There is no proactive sharing of information, whether it’s about scheduled maintenance, outages, or the reasons for ongoing problems. I’ve often found myself completely in the dark when the service goes down. Overall, ITTX has failed to meet even the most basic standards of service reliability and customer communication/service. If you're considering them as your ISP, I strongly urge you to think twice. You might find yourself frustrated by constant problems and a lack of accountability. I never thought I would actually say this but ITTX is worse than Telkom (That is a low bar).

I am just about over bad service delivery. Have to make use of the service they offer at expensive rates because they have the rights to the Estate I reside in. People have zero to non skills to explain any issues and the service is just bad overall. If I could I would move to another provider I a heartbeat. I won't be recommending them to anyone going forward.

I am just about over bad service delivery. Have to make use of the service they offer at expensive rates because they have the rights to the Estate I reside in.
